Once we receive your discovery form we will reach out to book a discovery call! This is the chance to ask any and allllll questions about our services and where we will ask you a few questions to dig even deeper on all the ways we can help you elevate your brand online.

This is a 30 minute call.

Once we finish our discovery call we will reach out with a customized proposal package that we believe would best work with your goals.

This package also includes important information like payment options, working hours, communication processes and much more!

Once you choose the package that you would like to move forward with we will reach out and send over an agreement and initial invoice.

Please note that we do not start ANY work until your initial invoice is paid.

In this email we will send over important information such as your unique Google Drive folders, how our scheduling and approving processes work, and where to fill out your branding questionnaire.

The goal of this questionnaire is to get as much detail as possible to ensure that we are creating a strategy that will maximize your growth.

Audit

In order to make sure we are creating the perfect strategy for your brand, we will conduct a full audit to the socials we will be working with.

This is essentially a gameplan that will break down all of your current marketing efforts and how we can make the proper changes and implementations to maximize growth and truly elevate your brand.

Please note this takes roughly 3-5 business days AFTER we receive your questionnaire.

K, it’s getting REAL - on this call we will go over your unique strategy, the details of our processes, and anything else you may have questions about.

CONTENT CALENDAR APPROVALS

We send over content for the following week every Thursday/Friday - we ask that you approve or make edit requests to all content in a timely manner so that we have no hiccups for the following week!

MONTHLY ANALYTICS

At the end of each month we will send over all analytics from the prior month - this helps us target what’s working and what could use some tweaking to maximize growth moving forward.
